I&#039;m currently gathering websites that I think are useful and think your CreateSpace information and this Amazon Central post will be excellent &quot;How To&quot; additions for anyone wanting a guide to it.  I&#039;d link your site to mine, so I won&#039;t be taking credit for your hard work.</description>
